WATCH: Carnapper busted, trying to getaway with nonworking stolen motocycle

This burglary attempt just happened earlier in front of St. John where a thief tried to steal a scooter and getaway with it, unfortunately it failed to startup until he got caught by the authorities.

Motorcylce owner was able to chase the burglar because the motorcycle was not working. He (the owner) tied his scooter so that the suspect would be restrained from taking it.

Policemen arrived at the scene but the thief still trying to start the motor. He was asked by the authorities if he has any proof that he owns the vehicle but he has none to show up.

Just a few minutes after, he forced himself out of the crowd and runaway with his feet and he was chased by the townsmen.
