But of course, there are instances where abuse against sales reps are
being questioned. Verbal and physical abuse is uncalled for, and should
not be tolerated.

But of course, there are instances where abuse against sales reps are

In this video, a group of transgenders first verbally attack a sales
rep, then resorts to physical attack after a short argument. Based on
what is heard on the video, they were arguing over a simple action one
of the sales ladies did. This caused the group to confront the rep which
ended in an ugly spat.
When another sales representative butted-in and suggested that the
group report the other saleslady to the admin of the mall, one of the
attackers then threatened her. The saleslady provoked the attacker by
telling them to do whatever they intend to do. This was when one of the
transgenders began pulling on the saleslady’s hair, and vice versa.
The group was then pushed outside of the store where they continued their verbal spat.
What should have been the salesladies’ reaction to this? Was the customer right this time?
